Protect every medication refrigerator, day and night
OperaSense by Stratosfy checks the temperature in your medicine fridges all day and all night. If a reading goes out of the range you set, your staff get an alert right away.
Many pharmacies still check fridges by hand twice a day and write the numbers on paper. That leaves long gaps, such as at night and on weekends. OperaSense fills those gaps. It gives you steady readings, quick alerts and digital records you can find fast.

Why do fridge problems go unnoticed?
OperaSense is built for pharmacy owners, pharmacists, techs and store managers. It also suits retail health teams who keep vaccines, insulin or other cold medicines.
Manual checks leave gaps
A check twice a day cannot show what happened overnight or on a long weekend.
Losses can be costly
One fridge failure that nobody sees can mean thousands of dollars of stock to check or replace.
Records take staff time
Writing, filing and finding paper logs pulls staff away from patients.
How do monitoring and alerts work?
Monitors day and night
Small wireless sensors in each fridge send readings all day and night. You no longer rely on two checks a day.
Detects readings out of range
You set the safe range for each fridge. OperaSense flags any reading outside it.
Alerts the right people
Staff get alerts by text, email and app. Alerts can go to more than one person. A second note tells you when the fridge is back in range.
Keeps digital records
Each reading is saved for 6 months. You can view temperatures and records on your phone or computer.
Monitoring helps your team spot problems sooner. On its own, it does not guarantee safe storage, medicine quality or that you meet the rules. Your own steps, your staff and the rules in your province still apply.
How does OperaSense work in a pharmacy?
Five parts work together so a temperature problem reaches a person, not just a logbook.
- 01
Sensor
A small wireless sensor sits inside each medication fridge and takes temperature readings day and night. It attaches with a magnet or adhesive — no drilling or wiring.
- 02
Hub
A small hub connects to your pharmacy's Wi-Fi and collects the readings. If the internet goes down, the hub keeps storing readings and uploads them when the connection returns. It also detects a power failure and lets your team know.
- 03
Platform
OperaSense checks every reading against the safe range you set for each fridge and flags anything outside it. Readings are kept for six months and can be viewed on your phone or computer.
- 04
Alert
When a reading goes out of range, staff get an alert by text, email and app — and alerts can go to more than one person. A recovery alert follows when the fridge is back in range.
- 05
Response
Your team checks the fridge, follows your own storage procedures and records what was done. Monitoring helps you spot problems sooner; your own steps and the rules in your province or state still apply.
What do staff do when an alert arrives?
- 1Open the alert to see which fridge is affected and the temperature reading.
- 2Check the fridge and the medication stock inside it.
- 3Follow your pharmacy's own procedures for out-of-range stock.
- 4Record what you found and what you did.
- 5Watch for the recovery alert that confirms the fridge is back in range.
See every fridge, feel every alert — from wherever you are
Staff on shift see fridge temperatures and out-of-range alerts on their phones.
Every medication fridge at a glance
The app shows the current temperature of each fridge, a 24-hour trend and any alert that needs attention. Colours show the status at a glance.
Critical, warning and recovery alerts
When a fridge goes out of range, staff get a phone alert showing the fridge and the temperature. A recovery alert tells them when it is back to normal.
How do records and reports work?
Review temperature records on your phone or computer. Choose a date range and download a temperature report to review readings for your pharmacy refrigerators.

In a busy pharmacy, it helps to know someone is keeping an eye on the fridge temperatures. With OperaSense, we can check the readings easily and get alerted if something needs our attention. It gives us added peace of mind when storing temperature-sensitive medications.
The pharmacy’s fridge readings and notifications help me recognize a temperature that needs attention, so I can check it against our storage procedures.
Being able to look back at the pharmacy’s fridge temperatures helps me understand the history of a concern when discussing it with the team.
